Overview

Quality Control Advisor is an end-to-end solution for managing the entire post-funding quality control and remedy process. It has three views Loan File Management, Remedy Management, and Management Reporting. The approved user can get a summary of QC loan reviews, with details on review status. Filter by sample type, funding date or the date the review closed. With Quality Control Advisor, get greater transparency into the status of the review of a loan.

I led the clients Quality Control Advisor tool redesign and upgrade project. I designed the UI and UX for this product and ensured brand standard by implementing the Style Guide.

Scenario

There was a time when I had to update stubborn legacy systems with the new Design System to ensure brand standard. Simplest tings like updating the font size and color to improve readability and align with accessibility standards, took several weeks of meetings with off-shore development teams.

Prototype Specifications

Overview

I produced these specifications mockups while working at Freddie Mac. These specifications are very helpful for the team. It also reduces the amount of communications and communication gap among the team members.

Scenario

I improved communicating UX CSS specifications to the team of developers who were consistently confused by the undergoing revamp of the new Design System, failed to stay up to date with the latest updates and flooding the UX designers with emails asking for clarifications. 

After proving CSS specifications this way reduced the amount of emails and implementing design system into the new products became smother, and everybody loved it.
